What sites do you cover? Is the list permanent?

Our registry is deliberately modest and every entry is verified by hand: the opt-out URL, the method, the fields the form wants, and whether anything gates it. Each carries a citation and the date we last checked.

Why our number is smaller than theirs

A competitor advertises “318 sites scanned”. Of that, 130 were sites they found you on and 188 were “more sites you may be on” — a category that means we didn’t check. It’s a marketing number wearing a measurement’s clothes.

We publish sites we actually check, plus sites that block us, and nothing in between. The number is smaller and it’s true.

How the list grows

Adding a broker means a person visits the site, confirms the opt-out route still works, records what it asks for, and writes a parser for its results. Where a broker blocks automated access, we say so rather than quietly dropping it.

Coverage priority follows what members actually turn out to be listed on.

Does it change?

Constantly. Brokers rename themselves, get acquired, move opt-out pages, and occasionally replace a removal form with an upsell — which is how the conflict warnings came about. Entries carry a last-verified date so you can see how fresh a claim is.
