How do I track my removal progress?

The ring

Removal progress counts only listings that can be taken down — broker listings. Breaches are excluded on purpose: you can’t remove a breach, so counting them would cap the ring below 100% forever and make the number a lie.

Beside it:

• Sites we check — brokers in our registry with a working search, checked on every scan
• Sites you’re on — brokers where we found at least one listing that’s actually you
• Blocked to us — sites that block automated checks. We don’t defeat those blocks; see why some sites are blocked

We publish that last number rather than hiding it. A competitor shows “188 more sites you may be on” in the same slot, which is a sales figure, not a measurement.

The trend chart

Open exposure against cumulative takedowns, by week, for the last twelve weeks. This is the only panel that shows movement — everything else is a snapshot. If the blaze line is falling and the pine line is rising, you’re winning.

It’s reconstructed from each finding’s own first-seen and suppressed-at timestamps, so it works over data collected before the chart existed.

The counters

• Still exposed — confident matches that are still live
• On your worklist — things needing a human step, because the site gates removal
• Needs review — loose name matches, probably not you, hidden by default

What we can’t show you yet

Time-to-removal. We could invent an industry average like everyone else does. We’d rather publish a real median computed from your own submitted-to-suppressed timestamps, and that needs takedown volume we don’t have yet. When there’s enough data to be honest with, it’ll appear.
